Rokaru translates to “local” in Japanese, and that’s exactly what we are.

We use island-sourced meats and vegetables to create each dish. We source ingredients from Kahumana Farms, Two Ladies Pig Farm, Aloun Farms, Honolulu Meat Company, Ranches from across Hawaii and more.
